PRECINCT JUSTICE APPOINTED FOR BLUFF
Motion was made by Commissioner Marion H. Hazleton, seconded by Commissioner Bartell, and unanimously carried that Herbert M. Merz be appointed Justice of the Peace for Bluff Precinct, the appointment to be-gin as of now, and at $4 per case, the County Attorney to instruct the Justice as to his duties.
BID FOR VOLTAGE REGULATOR ACCEPTED
It was unanimously agreed that the bid for a voltage regulator for the Recorder's Office by Stephen Eager be accepted:

SALARY INCREASE FOR WEED AND RODENT WORKER
It was unanimously agreed that the salary of F. R. Lopez be increased to $350.00 per month.
COMMISSIONER APPOINTED AS REPRESENTATIVE FROM SAN JUAN COUNTY TO ASSOCIATED civics CLUBS
By unanimous agreement Marion Hazleton was appointed to represent the County in the Associated Civics Clubs of Southern and Eastern Utah.
COMMISSIONERS TO ATTEND INAUGERATION CEREMONY FOR NAVAJO TRIBAL COUNCIL
The Clerk was directed to send an acceptance to the invitations received by each of the Commissioners to attend the Inaugeration Ceremony for the Navajo tribal Council to be held at Window Rock on April 14th.
NO COMMISSIONERS MEETING ON APRIL 14th
Due to the Commissioners attending the Inaugeration Ceremony of the Navajo Tribal Council there will be no Commissioners Meeting on April 14th.

COUNTY ATTORNEY AUTHORIZED TO HIRE NECESSARY HELP IN REGARDS TO COUNTY BOUNDARY DISPUTE
Motion was made by Commissioner Hazleton, seconded by Commissioner Bartell, and unanimously carried, that the County Attorney hire any necessary help that is needed in regards to the boundary dispute between Grand and San Juan Counties that is now in litigation.
DATE SET FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
It was unanimously agreed that the Clerk publish notice of a public hearing on an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance for May llth as recommended by the Planning Commission.
CLISBEE LYMAN APPOINTED TO CONTINUE PRESENT TERM AS MEMBER OF PLANNING COMMISSION, CLARENCE PEHRSON APPOINTED
Clisbee Lyman was reappointed to the Planning Commission for a term of three years, retroactive to August of 1958. Clarence Pehrson was also appointed to the Planning Commission for a period of three years, ret-roactive to August of 1958.
