Beer Licenses

San Juan County has an ordinance governing the possession, sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the unincorporated limits of San Juan County, Utah.

In addition to the County Application you will be required to include the following:

  • The appropriate license fee
  • A current beer bond, in favor of San Juan County, in the amount of $2,500
  • Server training certification/certificates
  • Two personal letters of reference

Every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays
of the month, in the Commission Room of the San Juan County Courthouse, Monticello, Utah.  Work meetings begin at 9:00 AM and Commission meeting begins at 11:00 AM.
