Take Part in the Cal Black Memorial Airport Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program and Goal Setting for FY2021-2023 Process

Cal Black Memorial  Airport will be implementing a revised Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and Goal for Federal fiscal years 2021 to 2023. The proposed goal is 0.82% overall, 0.82% Race Conscious (RC), and 0.00% Race Neutral (RN). The purpose of the Program and Goal is to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs. It is Cal Black Memorial  Airport’s intent to invite all interested parties to provide feedback and relevant information to the goal setting process prior to submitting the goal for approval. If you have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged business, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for DBEs, and Cal Black Memorial  Airport’s efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs, we invite you to call in to on August 21, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. At this time, Cal Black Memorial  Airport will accept comments and questions about the DBE Program and Goal setting process during this event.

The proposed goals and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the San Juan County Courthouse, 117 South Main Street, Monticello, Utah 84535, for 30 days from the date of this publication. Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:
