Working under the general supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Director, performs a variety of full performance skilled maintenance and custodial duties including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, general grounds and custodial care, related to general maintenance and repair of facilities including HVAC and other mechanical systems.
