REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE FOR

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR SAN JUAN COUNTY

SAN JUAN COUNTY  is requesting statements of qualifications and experience from Construction Companies in San Juan County qualified and experienced in all types of construction to include projects all under or anticipated to be under $100,000 throughout the County.

Projects include facade replacement and improvements; sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete stair removal and replacement, ADA improvements, and various other jobs at key buildings owned and operated by San Juan County. 

Statements shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: “STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES” with the name of the proposer in the upper left-hand corner, and shall be submitted to the office of Mack McDonald, Chief Administrative Officer, 117 South Main Street, PO Box 9, Monticello, Utah 84535 no later than 4:00pm (MST) on Friday, May 3, 2024

Statements of qualifications should describe years of experience, Utah B100 General Contractor’s License #, references to include one project with a municipality, County, School District or State entity. Must have a willingness to begin projects immediately and perform and complete construction projects by the end of November, and willingness to travel and perform projects throughout the County at County facilities.
