Landfill Scale House Project

San Juan County is inviting qualified and interested parties to bid on a project to design and build a new Scale House at the San Juan County Landfill. The scope of the project includes the following:

Construction of a 30’x40’ building (see attachment)

Connection of utility systems to new building (see attachment)

Construction of a new septic system to support new Scale House

Improvements to existing well and water system to support new Scale House

Bids shall be submitted via email to the San Juan County Purchasing Agent at
mmcdonald@sanjuancounty.org no later than 4:00pm (local time) on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023.
