Cal Black Solar System Request for Qualifications

San Juan County is seeking bids through a Request for Qualifications for a Company experienced in Solar Power Stations and Systems to evaluate the existing San Juan County Cal Black Airport Solar Power System that provides solar power to the airport operations in anticipation of separating the system into two component systems: 1) a solar system that powers the runway and 2) a solar system that powers the building and operations.

Qualifications must include experience of a Company with larger Solar Power Electrical Systems used to generate larger volumes of power to remote buildings. Experience performing electrical total consumption used/needed and maximum power as well as the ability to design solar power systems based on those calculations. 

Qualification and resume of the employees performing the analysis and research of the Cal Black Airport system.
