Low Income Property Tax Abatement Program

A person who is at least 66 years old, or a widow or widower of any age, who pays property taxes or rent and meets the income guidelines, may qualify for a reduction of taxes. This includes mobile home owners. If this is your first time to file, YOU MUST ATTACH PROOF OF INCOME: use the front page of Federal tax return or another document such as a Social security summary statement (if that is your only income).
