Pack Creek Participation/Reimbursement Agreement Public Hearing

The San Juan County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the San Juan County Administration Building, 117 South Main, Monticello, Utah in accordance with Utah Code Title 17, Chapter 50, Part 3. During the meeting, the San Juan County Board of Commissioners will accept public comment regarding a Participation and Reimbursement Agreement with the Pack Creek Water Company for a loan of up to, but not to exceed, $258,383 for their portion of the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), San Juan Pack Creek Emergency Watershed Protection 2021 grant funding to be paid back within 5-years.
