Board of Equalization (BOE)

County property owners may appeal their 2024 Property Valuation and Taxes by completing the San Juan County 'Board of Equilization" Application and returning the application to the Clerk's Office by September 1, 2024. Applicants will be assigned a time either on August 26-27 to meet with the Hearing Officer. 

To apply, you may visit the San Juan County Clerk/Auditor’s Office, 117 South Main Street, Monticello, Utah, or you may call the office at 435-587-3223 ext. 4 for an application.
