Public Hearing for Administrative Hearing Ordinances and Processes
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of San Juan County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the 2023 draft amendments to various sections of County Code including San Juan County Land Use Ordinances referencing Administrative Hearing processes. The hearing will be held on Tuesday May 16, 2023, beginning at 11:00 AM in the Commission Chambers of the San Juan County Administration Building, 117 S. Main Street, Monticello, Utah.
The draft amendments can be viewed at the San Juan County website-
and at the Utah Public Notice website – www.utah.gov/pmn, or copies are available at the San Juan County Clerk/Auditor's Office.
