Home Delivered Meal Program

San Juan County has four Senior Centers that provide services to the communities. We offer home delivered meals five days a week at the Blanding and Monticello centers, and two times a week at the Bluff and La Sal centers.

The purpose of the Home Delivered Meal Program is to help older people, who are homebound, remain independent in their own homes by providing one hot nutritious meal per day.  To qualify for the program you must be homebound and an assessment will need to be done by the local center director to place you on the program.

*Meals are provided to those living within service boundaries if you do not live within the service boundaries but you qualify for home delivered meals frozen meals will be an option.
