No, inmates cannot receive incoming phone calls. However, they have access to phones in their sections and can call anytime during the day.
No, inmate's are not allowed to get packages from family members in the mail.
Yes, with the inmate's authorization, we will release only his/her personal items.
No, we cannot accept those items through the mail. Inmates can purchase all of those items through commissary.
There are three ways to put money on an inmate's account:
1. Via mail: Mail a money order to PO Box 788, Monticello, UT 84535
2. Online: Go to jailatm.com where all major credit cards are accepted
3. Lobby: There is a kiosk in the lobby where all major credit cards are accepted as well as cash
You can schedule an online visit with an inmate. If you don't have access to a computer, there is one available in our lobby.
Booking or release processing times vary. We strive to process everyone as soon as possible.
Prescription glasses, current prescribed medications, contacts and an unopened bottle of contact solution.
No, we do not deliver messages for inmates. If you need to contact an inmate you can send them a message through their tablet or schedule a video visit.
