Visiting an Inmate

San Juan County Jail no longer does in person visitation. All visits are done via video through IC solutions.

If you would like to visit an inmate, you need to go to icsolutions.com and follow the steps to create an account. Your visitor account must be approved by jail staff before you can visit an inmate. Once your account has been approved, you will be able to schedule video visits with the approved inmate.

Things that can deny your visitor application:

• Lying about your criminal history
• Lying about your relationship with the inmate
• Applying to visit multiple inmates at the same facility

Do not allow unapproved people to use your account or your visitor account will be locked.
